As a Plumbing Apprentice, you will work under the guidance of experienced professionals, gaining hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge in plumbing services. Key Responsibilities:
Assisting with Repairs and Installations: You will assist experienced technicians in various plumbing tasks, including diagnosing issues, repairing leaks, and installing fixtures. This will provide you with practical experience in a real-world setting.
Learning and Development: Actively engage in learning opportunities provided by Paragon Plumbing Inc., Your commitment to learning will be key to your growth in this role.
Tool and Equipment Management: Manage and maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working order and available for use. This responsibility will teach you the importance of organization and care in the trade.
Customer Service: Accompany technicians to customer sites, observing and gradually participating in customer interactions. You will learn how to provide excellent service and communicate effectively with clients.
Adherence to Safety Standards: Understand and comply with all safety protocols and workplace regulations. Your safety and the safety of others will be a top priority.
Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as inventory management and documentation. This will give you a holistic view of the plumbing service operations.
Requirements
Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to follow instructions and work in a team.
Physical ability to handle the demands of the plumbing trade.
Valid driver’s license
